How to use it
To optimise the action of the Mourning Complex, you can practise mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a technique that allows you to remain attentive and present in the moment, without judgement, by paying attention to your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations. It can help you become aware of your behaviours, which is essential for changing your Daily use routine.
This technique perfectly complements the action of the Mourning Complex by strengthening your self-control and promoting lasting emotional well-being. 2 sprays under the tongue or in 1 glass of Water, 4 times a day, for 1 to 4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young Children.
