How to use it
How to use Le Comptoir Aroma organic peppermint essential oil?
Use this oil topically or internally as needed. For massage, dilute 2–3 drops in a carrier oil and apply to the affected areas. For internal use, take 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey or on a sugar cube, up to twice daily.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 6 years old.
