Clary Sage is a biennial or perennial herbaceous plant, very fragrant, up to more than one meter high, with erect stem fairly branched. It has large oval-shaped leaves, and flowers, white, pale blue to lilac, which are grouped into rather loose ears. It is native to western Asia and southern and central Europe.
