How to use it
Recommended use to spray in the atmosphere: Diffusion: pour a few drops into a diffuser of essential oils .
Possible use for the comfort of heavy legs: Massage: 30 to 50 drops diluted in 100 ml of a neutral vegetable oil. Massage the legs from bottom to top.

Do not exceed the indicated dose. Do not ingest. Never broadcast continuously (per period of 10 min / 20 min maximum per hour). Avoid diffusion in the presence of pregnant women or children under 8 years of age. Avoid release into the environment. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces. Do not use in case of tumor or hypertension. Do not use in case of mastosis.
Organic helichrysum essential oil is renowned for its bruise-reducing, mucolytic, astringent, skin-healing and liver-pancreatic stimulating properties.
