How to use it
How to use Phytosun Aroms Roman Chamomile Essential Oil?
For adults: place 1 drop on a neutral tablet, three times a day. For children over 7 years: 1 drop once a day.
Consume preferably before the date indicated on the packaging. Store away from light and heat to preserve its properties.

Ingredients: Roman Chamomile Essential Oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Producing organ: flowering aerial parts
- Biochemical specificity: isobutyl/isoamyl/methallyl angelate, Pinocarvone
Daily dose: 92 mg
Consult a healthcare professional if taking medication, particularly sleep aids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for children under 7 years old. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, or are hypersensitive to essential oils. Not recommended for asthmatics. Caution when driving (may cause drowsiness). Never take pure essential oil orally without a carrier. Never take more than 2 drops of essential oil(s) per dose. Do not use continuously for more than 1 month. Store away from light and heat, in a tightly sealed bottle.
