How to use it
Choose one or more floral essences according to your emotional state. Put 3 to 4 drops in a glass of water or directly under the tongue, 4 times a day, before meals, and in the evening before going to bed. You can use it punctually, over several weeks or months for a background treatment. In the event of a seizure, increase the doses to a dose every quarter of an hour.
