How to use it
How to use Ballot-Flurin raw fermented pollen?
Take one teaspoon each morning to enjoy its benefits. The slightly tangy flavour indicates optimal natural fermentation.
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 30 days. Before opening, keep at room temperature, away from light. A 21-day course (one pot) is sufficient, to be repeated 1–2 times per year.
