How to use it
Dietary supplement From the age of 12, take 1 ampoule in the morning for breakfast at the first signs of winter discomfort. Dilute in a glass of water or fruit juice (200ml). After that, take 1 ampoule for 4 days over 5 weeks. Renew several times a year if needed.
