How to use it
How should Arkopharma Olfae essential oil be used?
For use by those aged over 7 years. Never ingest the oil undiluted. Mix it with a neutral carrier such as honey, sugar, or fruit purée.
Dosage. Adults: take 2 drops three times a day. Teenagers (12-15 years): take 2 drops twice a day. Children (7-11 years): take 1 drop twice a day. For gentle use, dilute the oil in a teaspoon before consuming.
