How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Olfae Organic Fine Lavender Essential Oil?
For ages 12 and over, this essential oil must never be used undiluted. Mix 2 drops with honey or on a sugar cube, taken 2 to 3 times daily depending on age. Adults: up to 3 doses per day. Ages 12–15: maximum 2 doses per day.
Tip: For topical use, dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the back or soles of the feet.
