How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Organic Ylang Ylang Arkoesential Oil?
For external use only, this oil is suitable for ages 7 and above. Never apply undiluted. Always mix with a neutral carrier such as honey, sugar, or a vegetable oil before use.
Recommended dosage: Adults may take 2 drops, 3 times daily. Teenagers (aged 12–15) should take 2 drops, twice daily. Children (aged 7–11) should take 1 drop, twice daily.
For atmospheric diffusion, add 5 drops to a diffuser and limit use to 20 minutes per session.
