How to use it
Shake the sachet.
1 to 3 teaspoons a day (about 5.9 to 17.7g / day) to mix in the food of your choice such as a yoghurt, in three shots.
Per shot: 1 teaspoon (about 5.9g) to mix in a yoghurt before or during meals.
Close the bag tightly after opening.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light
