How to use it
Shake before use. 20 ml twice a day, preferably before meals, using the measuring cup. Drink neat or dilute in a little water.

Composition for 2 x 20ml :
bamboo extract 600mg dry plant equivalent 2800mg, including Silicium 198mg, including elemental Silicium 80mg, Harpagophytum 1000mg**, Ginger 1000mg**, Turmeric 500mg**.

Keep away from heat and refrigerate after opening. Use within 30 days of opening. Do not drink from the neck of the bottle to avoid bacterial contamination, use the graduated measuring cap clipped onto the bottle. Do not exceed the daily dose indicated. Cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young Children. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, in the event of ulcers (stomach or duodenum), kidney or gallstones, or in the event of impaired hepato-biliary function. Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants, cancer treatments or immunosuppressants, or suffering from biliary tract diseases. Consult a doctor if you are taking any other medicines at the same time.
