How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Organic Scots Pine Essential Oil?
Dilute 3 drops in 5 drops of hazelnut carrier oil and apply to the chest or back three times daily to support respiration. For inhalation, blend 3 drops with ravintsara and peppermint essential oils in an inhaler, using for a maximum of 5–10 minutes.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use undiluted (risk of irritation). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 6 years. Store away from heat and light.
