How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Organic Rosemary Ct Cineole Essential Oil?
Place a maximum of 1–2 drops onto a neutral base (honey, sugar or apple purée) or into a teaspoon of carrier oil. Take 1–3 times daily, without exceeding 3 drops per day (100 mg total).
For best results, use preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.
