How to use it
Mix 1, 30g stick sachet in 500ml of water (mineral water preferably).
Before exercising: 200ml every 1/2 hour, since the last meal taken, with 200ml 10 minutes before starting to exercise. This last 200ml is very important as it will help you start to exercise at a moment when carbohydrates and amino acids are at maximum availability.
While exercising: 500ml and hour in 3-4 applications for optimal digestive comfort an assimilation.
This is not a medicinal product, do not suspend your normal treatment and consult your doctor. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
