How to use it
Do not take more than 5 sachets a day. Keep in a dry and dark place. Keep at a temperature of under 25°C.
Before exercising: 1 sachet. While exercising: 1 sachet per hour of exercise. After exercising: 1 sachet.
Dilute the content of one sachet in 750ml of water and drink in small sips. Drink the reconstituted drink in the same day as made.
