How to use it
Respect a phase of attack that can fill the deficits in magnesium and vitamin D: take 1 tablet of Mag® Boost, three times a day in the morning, noon and evening, for a minimum of 10 days or more according to your needs .
Then take a daily maintenance and take 1 tablet of Mag® Boost each morning, modulating the catch according to the situation (more or less full day, stress, sports activity).
