This product is intended for experienced sportsmen and women. It helps reduce fatigue thanks to its formula enriched with vitamin B6. Each dose contains 5.6 g of BCAAs (essential amino acids) and 3 g of Glutamine. Also known as BCAA (Banched Chain Amino Acid), valine, leucine and isoleucine are the 3 so-called 'branched chain' amino acids, the majority of which are found in muscle tissue.
The 8:1:1 ratio (8 Leucine to 1 Isoleucine and 1 Valine) gives you a higher dose of L-leucine, enriched with L-glutamine. A competitive formula for experienced athletes. The 8:1:1 BCAA enriched with Proteins help to increase muscle mass and recovery.

How to use it
2 scoops a day, i.e. 10g/day. Dilute 10g in 450 ml of Water. You can use this product 1.5 hours before training, during and after sport. To be taken during periods of Intensive training or competition over 20 days, to be repeated at least 20 days apart.
