How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Palmarosa essential oil?
Dilute 2 drops 3 times daily in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for oral or topical use.
Tip: Blend with a vegetable oil for skin application, or add to a diffuser to gently fragrance the air.
