Ingredients: lavender essential oil.

How to use it

To take orally: 2 drops of EOBBD 2 to 3 times a day in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue.
To absorb through the skin: 3 drops of EOBBD on the foot arch, the inside part of the wrists, on the solar plexus (reapply if needed) and on local application.

4 drops of true lavender on a cotton or a piece of wood placed in your wardrobes and drawers will repel moths and give your clothes a pleasing odour.
2 drops of true lavender on the underside of your pyjama collar or on your pillow case will help you get to sleep quicker and give you a better night's sleep.
