How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Rosemary Cineole Essential Oil?
Take 2 drops, 3 times daily, diluted in a neutral carrier (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for oral or topical use (with caution).
For atmospheric diffusion, add a few drops to a diffuser. Avoid applying undiluted to the skin and do not exceed the recommended dosage.
