How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Ho Wood Essential Oil?
Take 2 drops 3 times daily, diluted in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for atmospheric diffusion to purify the air or for diluted topical application (maximum 5% concentration).
For best results, blend with a vegetable oil before massage. Avoid applying undiluted to the skin and keep out of reach of children.
