Spirulina is a microscopic water algae, which inherently contains more essential nutrients and phytonutrients than any other food available. The Vitamins and Minerals in Spirulina are also easily absorbed by the Body. With a minimum intake of 600 to 900 mg per day, spirulina is a great support during slimming programmes and diets.
Rich in Proteins, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Zinc and Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, K. Source of calcium, copper, chromium, selenium, chlorophyll, beta-carotene and zeaxanthin.

You can also combine several types of superfood. Above all, be inventive and don't hesitate to experiment by adding superfoods to your dishes and recipes.
Dose: 2.5 to 5 g per day.
