HOLLE Spelt porridge Organic farming For Babies After 4 months 250 g
Ideal for supplementing milk as part of a diversified diet, from the age of 5 months at the earliest. Quick and easy to prepare, no cooking required. Mixed with breast milk, infant milk or bottled milk, our cereal flakes make a delicious porridge. They can also be prepared with water at the start of diversification, or with fruit or vegetables as part of a diversified diet.

How to use it
1. Heat 100ml whole milk and 100ml water to 50°C water. 2. Add 6 tablespoons of wholegrain flakes (25g). 3. Mix well, leave the porridge to swell briefly and cool to serving temperature (37°C).
