How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Organic Sleep Grog?
Shake well before use. For children aged 7 to 12 years, dilute 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in a warm drink (herbal tea, milk or water) before bedtime. From age 12, use 1 dessertspoon (10 ml) in the same drink. Can also be taken neat.
Tip: Pair with chamomile or verbena herbal tea to enhance the relaxing effect.
