The Bio Nutrisanté Digestion infusion combines: -Coriander helps maintain a good digestion. -Fennel limits intestinal gases and fights against feelings of discomfort. Enjoy a natural taste of chamomile, verbena and licorice for a moment of sheer pleasure.
Pour 1 sachet in a cup of simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Take 1 cup after each meal. Tip: use spring water to preserve all the flavors of the infusion.
