How to use it
Tips: Breathing into the bottle: place the bottle of essential oil just below your nostrils and breathe in by alternating one nostril then the other.
Directions: Take 1 drop on a neutral base once a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop - 40 mg.
