Wintergreen is a small creeping shrub, reaching around 15 cm in height, with delicate white to pale pink flowers that appear at the base of its leaves. Its evergreen, finely serrated leaves grow in clusters at the tips of stiff stems. Native to North America, it thrives in acidic, sandy woodlands and marshy areas, producing bright red berries from October to March.
Often used in massage blends and muscle balms, Wintergreen essential oil is valued for its naturally soothing aroma.

How to use it
- Internal use: Have your treatment followed orally by a Professional or an aromatherapist, as internal use is uncommon and requires precautions. - External use: For arthritis, rheumatism, spasms, tendonitis: 3 drops of Arnica EO + 3 drops of Arnica OV, 3 times a day. - To relieve rheumatism or osteoarthritis, massage locally with 3 drops of wintergreen, 2 drops of Immortelle and 5 drops of Arnica oil. use 3 to 4 times a day.

Pranarom Wintergreen essential oil is for cutaneous use only. Do not use in Children under 7 years. Do not use Pranarom Wintergreen on pregnant or breast-feeding women, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, or people who are hypersensitive to Essential Oils. Not recommended for people allergic to salicylates or for use with anticoagulants. Wash hands thoroughly after use. May cause skin sensitisation. In all cases, for all essential oils, it is advisable to carry out a test in the crease of the elbow 48 hours before using your skin care oil or cosmetic product to check that no reaction has occurred. Keep out of the reach and sight of Children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on damaged Skin. Do not apply this Pranarom essential oil for more than 15 consecutive days.
