How to use it
Nettle Silica by Biofloral is a drinkable solution, to be used occasionally or several times a year. 1 bottle of 1 litre is enough for a cure, 1/2 capful before meals, 2 to 3 times a day. 1 bottle of 1 litre = 1 cure.
