Native to India and grown in southern Europe and California, the Lemon is one of the most useful fruits in natural medicine. The Essence is obtained by cold expression of the outer part of the rind of the fruit. It takes around 3,000 Lemons to obtain 1 kg of Essence. Its properties are so numerous that it is used systematically and with real success for an infinite number of ailments. The Essence neutralises Eberth's bacillus and staphylococcus in 5 minutes, and Loeffer's bacillus (diphtheria) in 20 minutes.

How to use it
Practical tip: add a few drops of Lemon essence to olive oil or hazelnut oil, along with basil, ginger or cumin essential oils (see composition overleaf)! A real treat to accompany your salads, while stimulating digestion.
- Internal use: 2 drops of Essence 3 times a day in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar under the tongue. - External use: 2 drops of Essence + 2 drops of hazelnut oil on the skin to be treated, applied locally 2 times a day
Daily use: 2 drops of Lemon Essence in the morning before meals on 1/4 lump of cane sugar to be sucked will activate all the digestive functions, resulting in genuine detoxification. The cure lasts 3 weeks on a continuous basis

Skin irritation (dermocaustic) possible in a pure state. - Photo-sensitising. - Do not apply before exposure to the Sun. - Keep out of reach of young Children. - Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. - Do not exceed the recommended dose. - Unless otherwise authorised, do not use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding, or for Children under the age of 3. - Keep away from sources of heat and light.
Cautions: Do not massage this Essence into skin in direct Sunlight or just before a tanning session, as Lemon Essence is photo-sensitising. Consider including it in a vegetable oil (sweet almond, hazelnut) to improve massage.
