How to use it
Recommended use to spray in the atmosphere: Diffusion: pour a few drops into a diffuser of essential oils adapted.
Possible uses to promote good circulation: Massage: 3 to 4 drops diluted in 15ml of vegetable oil of jojoba, in localized massages Bath: 5 to 10 drops, previously diluted in Disp'arôme, added to the bath water.
