How to use it
How to use Ladrôme Organic Helichrysum Essential Oil?
To diffuse into the air, add 3 to 5 drops to a suitable diffuser. Repeat as needed to create a soothing atmosphere.
For heavy legs, dilute 40 to 60 drops in 100 ml of neutral carrier oil. Massage from the ankles upwards towards the thighs using gentle, ascending motions—ideally in the evening after showering.
Precautions: Avoid direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes in its undiluted form. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not ingest. Never diffuse continuously (10-minute sessions / 20 minutes maximum per hour). Avoid diffusing in the presence of pregnant women or children under 8 years old. Avoid releasing into the environment. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. Avoid if undergoing anticoagulant treatment.
