How to use Kosmeo Bach Flowers for Irritability & Anger?
Take 4 doses per day, placing 2 drops under the tongue. Hold for 30 seconds before swallowing for rapid absorption. A course of at least 1 month is recommended, which can be extended as needed.
These drops can be taken alongside other remedies and fit easily into your daily routine. For best results, space the doses evenly throughout the day (e.g. morning, midday, afternoon and evening).
