How to use it
To enjoy hot: Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, in simmering hot water (90°). Repeat 4 times during the day. To enjoy cold: Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes in simmering hot water, then cool. Repeat 4 times during the day. Consume within 8 hours. Best stored in the fridge for optimal enjoyment.

Ingredients : Organic peppermint leaf Mentha piperita L. 50% - Organic anise seed Pimpinella anisum L. 21% - Organic mallow leaf Malva sylvestris L., Malva neglecta L. 21% - Organic liquorice root glycyrrhiza glabra L. 8%.
Not recommended for pregnant or Milk feeding women. Contains liquorice: people suffering from high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Best before the date shown on the pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
