How to use it
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening at bedtime.

Ingredients: organic acacia gum (bulking agent), Herbastandard® dried extract of the aerial parts of organic St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) containing at least 0.05% hypericin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule). Capsules of vegetable origin.
