How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Ylang-Ylang complete essential oil?
For topical use, dilute 10 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil before application. Gently massage onto the solar plexus or soles of the feet to help soothe stress and hot flushes.
For a relaxing bath, blend 20 drops with a bath base. When diffusing, limit use to 10–15 minutes per hour to fragrance the air. Avoid applying undiluted to the skin.
