How to use it
To enjoy the full flavour of the herbs in your infusion, pour simmering water over a bag for 2 to 3 cups a day. Leave to brew for 4 minutes before tasting, preferably in the evening after a meal.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients : Rhubarb* (root), Chicory* (root), Liquorice* (root), Peppermint* (leaf), Fennel* (seed), Star anise* (fruit), Natural Mint flavour.

Start with 1 sachet per day. This supplement should be used for short periods. If you are taking medication at the same time or have a gastrointestinal illness, consult your doctor. Do not use for long periods (maximum 10 days). Contains liquorice. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Not recommended for children under 12 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women. In case of sluggish transit, drink abundantly and eat a diet rich in fibre. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity to anethole and plants of the Apiaceae and Asteraceae families. It is recommended to follow the recommended doses, to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
