How to use Phytosun Aroms black spruce essential oil?
Diffuse this essential oil to enjoy its benefits. Limit each diffusion session to 10 minutes, with a 20-minute break between sessions. Avoid prolonged use to maintain effectiveness and safety.
Ideal for purifying the air or creating a calming atmosphere. Do not apply undiluted to the skin; always dilute first in a carrier oil.
