INGREDIENTS 100% FRANCE : Thyme, Peppermint
Infuse 5 to 10 minutes in water at about 100 ° C. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day, after the meal or as needed.
NATUROPATHIC PROGRAM
MENUS : 1 bowl of raw vegetables with each meal, at least 1 fruit / day apart from meals, and 2 tablespoons / day of first cold pressed organic oil, source of omega 3 (rapeseed, nuts, hazelnut).
