How to use it
How to use Ladrôme Propolis Defences+ Immunity Syrup?
Shake the bottle well before each use. Take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. You can consume it neat or mixed with water or fruit juice. Repeat the course for 20 consecutive days, which can be taken several times a year to support your natural defences.

Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children under 3 years old. Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergies, particularly to plants in the Asteraceae family. Not recommended for those with immune system conditions, those taking medications affecting the immune system, or those with atopic allergic tendencies. Consume within 30 days of opening.
