How to use it
For adults and adolescents aged Plus 15 and over only. Take 1 ampoule a day. It may be repeated several times a year.
Instructions for use; Shake the Ampula before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way affects its quality. Tap each end of the Ampula with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end off the glass to prevent any debris from falling out. Turn the Ampula over and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass using a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of Water or Fruit juice (125 ml).

What is heavy legs syndrome?
Heavy legs syndrome, often mentioned in discussions about health and wellbeing, refers to a feeling of discomfort in the lower limbs.
