How to use Arkocapsules Organic Vegetable Charcoal?
For adults and children over 12 years: take 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times a day. Children aged 6 to 12 years: take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day. Take the capsules with a large glass of water, 1 hour after lunch and/or dinner.
