How to use it
1. The self-heating patch is air-activated, so only open the sachet when you are ready to use it. 2. Make sure that the Skin is dry and clean where the patch is to be applied. 3. Do not cut the self-heating patch 4. Remove the paper strips from both ends of the self-heating patch. 5. Apply the adhesive side of the self-heating patch directly to the desired area. The self-heating patch activates on contact with air and heats up slowly, reaching its maximum temperature after 20 to 30 minutes. 6. After use, remove the self-heating patch slowly and carefully. Dispose of the used self-heating patch with normal household waste. Do not incinerate.

Composition:External Composition: Non-woven + Non-woven Adhesive Internal Composition: Iron powder 60%; Vermiculite 20%; Active Charcoal 10%; Sodium Chloride 6%; Water 4%
