Hot indications: treatment of rheumatic pains and pains caused by muscle stiffness, increasing local blood circulation and relaxing muscles. Possible uses: warming cold hands and feet, rheumatism and arthritis, muscle stiffness, lumbago and back pain, menstrual pain, neck pain and stiff neck.
Cold applications: reduces inflammation and oedema, helps absorb haematomas, relieves pain. Possible uses: sprains, tendonitis, strains, muscle tears, elongations, minor burns, shocks and haematomas, headaches and migraines, nosebleeds, dental inflammations, tennis elbow, insect bites and stings.

How to use it
Cold: 20 minutes in the freezer, 2 hours in the refrigerator at 4°c.Hot: - In a bain-marie: heat a container with enough water to completely cover the compress to a maximum of 80°c.Remove the container from the heat source and immerse the compress, without its cover, for 5 to 6 minutes.Remove from the water and dry the compress.- In a microwave: heat the compress without folding it in the microwave for a maximum of 2x30 seconds at 650 W or a maximum of 45 seconds at 800 W. Remove the compress from the oven and massage it with your hands to ensure an even temperature.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients:Water, glycerol, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Colouring agent, Bitrex (bittering agent), sodium benzoate.non-toxic gel.Strictly follow instructions for use and heat-up times. Overheating can damage or burst the compress. Do not heat in a conventional oven or grill. Always use the protective cover or wrap with a dry towel before application. Before application, check the temperature with the back of your hand. In the event of perforation, do not swallow. Gel Non-toxic. Do not use damaged bandages. Hand-washable with mild detergent. Do not use alcohol or any other solvent to wash the pad. Cover machine washable at 40°C. If in doubt about which treatment to use, consult your doctor or pharmacist
