How to use it
1 to 2 drop(s) on a neutral base, 3 to 4 times a day. Daily dose for 8 drops: 262 mg
Children : 1 drop 3 to 4 times a day on a neutral base. Daily dose for 4 drops : 131 mg

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young Children. Do not use on Children without medical advice. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you have a history of epilepsy or if you are hypersensitive to Essential Oils. Never take Pure undiluted by mouth. Never take more than 2 drops per dose or more than 8 drops per day.
