This bushy shrub is widespread in mountainous regions, moors and clearings throughout the northern hemisphere and has very narrow leaves ending in a sharp point. The berries are globular, initially green then bluish-black and covered with wax when ripe.
2 drops HECT Common Juniper in honey 3 times a day will relieve any muscular or joint discomfort. 1 drop HECT Common Juniper in marinades or sauces.
