A hybrid of Mentha aquatica and Mentha spicata, this 80 cm tall plant is perennial. Its stems are quadrangular; the leaves are opposite, oval, acute and toothed. It likes cool, clayey, chalky soil. Distillation takes place in June just before flowering.

How to use it
Tips and tricks:
In daily use, 1 drop of HECT Peppermint on 1/4 lump of cane sugar to suck on before a date will give your breath all the freshness of mint. It will also have a positive effect on your digestion.
Directions: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
