How to use it
How to use Pranarôm shell marjoram essential oil?
This essential oil is for topical use only and must be diluted in a carrier oil (maximum 10% concentration). Apply 2 to 3 drops of the blend to the solar plexus or lower back twice daily. For a relaxing effect, gently massage the soles of the feet before bedtime.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 6 years old without medical advice.
