How to use it
1 drop, 3 times a day on a neutral support. Daily dose for 3 drops: 113mg.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take as part of a balanced and varied diet. Keep away from children. Do not use in children unless under medical advice. Never take more than 2 drops in one go or more than 8 in one day.
